Fortune adds external volume controls to all new jackpots! Some of our venue customers have commented that they would like more control over the audio levels that are generated from our jackpot animation clips in play mode. The problem seems to be that when the venue is quiet the sound volume is too high and when the venue is busy the sound volume is too low. We have therefore added an external volume control knob to all new overhead display units to allow venues to be able to quickly customise the volume levels to suit their trading environment.
This new volume control feature is already on the overhead display units that are currently being shipped but unfortunately is not able to be retrofitted to units already in operation. This new feature is another example of Fortune responding to clients requirements with product enhancements and refinements. |
